This is an inclusive group of supportive women who challenge and encourage each other to conquer their individuals goals. We welcome women of all ages and abilities to join us on our quest to become the best versions of ourselves, both on the run and in life.
BEGINNERS: Laura will teach you how to turn your walk into a run using a progression of walking and running intervals. She will lead you through an 9-week course in which you will learn the basics of form, technique and pacing as you work your way up to 30 minutes of non-stop running!
IMPROVERS: For those able to run for 30 minutes at a time regularly, we will have specific running workouts designed to help you increase your speed, form and endurance, as you work your way towards running 7-8K by the end of the session.
