This is an inclusive group of supportive women who challenge and encourage each other to conquer their individuals goals. We welcome women of all ages and abilities to join us on our quest to become the best versions of ourselves, both on the run and in life.
NEW Improver Run Course: Designed for those able to run for 30 minutes at a time, we will work to improve on the fitness gained during the Beginner Course. You will focus on maintaining proper runner form and technique while improving your cardiovascular endurance.
