Beginner/Improver Running Course - 9 Weeks

This 9-week course is designed for beginners who are either new to running or are returning to running after a long lay off. In this course, we will slowly work at increasing your cardiovascular endurance using a combination of progressive run and walk intervals as well as instruction in form, technique and pacing. We meet twice a week and you are provided a third workout to complete independently. 

Improver runners also meet twice a week and continue to slowly build their strength, speed and endurance. The Improver course is suitable for runners who are able to continuously run to for 30-40 minutes.
