For this ladies only bootcamp, we meet outdoors in Shanganagh Park in Shankill, Co. Dublin. Participants are asked to bring their own mat & dumbbells to class. Exercises will include a combination of bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells and resistance bands as well as cardiovascular exercises such as running and jumping! All exercises can be modified according to fitness levels.
