Join me in Shankill for a 60 minute boot camp style workout designed to get you moving in an inclusive, non-threatening environment exclusively for women!

Next 6 week session begins week of 17th April 2018!    

When: Tuesdays 9:15-10:15 am at Shanganagh Park 

What: Activities will include a combination of bodyweight exercises, light weight training and a bit of cardio training to improve overall cardiovascular health.

Who: Open exclusively to women of ALL FITNESS LEVELS - all exercises can be modified to meet individual fitness levels, so come AS YOU ARE and we will help you move your fitness forward!

Cost:  €60 for 6 sessions or €12 for drop in
