Bodyweight Strength & Conditioning

Want to work out but find getting to a gym overwhelming, intimidating or time consuming?

Join me for a 45 or 60 minute workout designed to get you moving in an inclusive, non-threatening environment!

Next 6 week session begins week of 20th June 2018!    

When: Mondays 5:30-6:30 pm at Strive Studio OR Wednesdays 12:30-1:15 Cabinteely Parish Hall

What: Activities will include a combination of bodyweight exercises, light weight training and a bit of cardio training to improve overall cardiovascular health.

Who: Open exclusively to women of ALL FITNESS LEVELS - all exercises can be modified to meet individual fitness levels, so come AS YOU ARE and we will help you move your fitness forward!

Cost:  €65 for 6 sessions or €15 for drop in
