Ladies Only Bootcamp

Join me in Shankill for a 60 minute boot camp style workout designed to get you moving in an inclusive, non-threatening environment exclusively for women!
Next 6 week session begins week of 8th January - 14th February 2018
When: Mondays and/or Wednesdays 9:15-10:15 am at Shanganagh Park OR
Mondays and/or Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 pm at Stonebridge Community Centre, Stonebridge Grove, Shankill
What: Activities will include a combination of bodyweight exercises, light weight training and a bit of cardio training to improve overall cardiovascular health. Please come with your own exercise mat and set of light dumbbells (2-4kg)
Who: Open exclusively to women of ALL FITNESS LEVELS - all exercises can be modified to meet individual fitness levels, so come AS YOU ARE and we will help you move your fitness forward!
Cost: €59 per person for one day per week, €99 per person for two days per week
