Women's Only Bootcamp

Sick and tired of feeling exhausted and out of shape?

Want to work out but find getting to a gym overwhelming, intimidating or time consuming?

Do you struggle to find the motivation to exercise on your own?

Then join us in Shanganagh Park for a 60 minute boot camp style workout designed to get you moving in an inclusive, non-threatening environment exclusively for women! 

6 week session commencing 12 September - 17 October 2017

When: Tuesdays 9:15 - 10:15am OR Tuesdays 6:00 - 6:45pm

Where: Meet in the car park of Shanganagh Park, Shankill, Co. Dublin

What: Activities will include a combination of bodyweight exercises, light weight training and a bit of cardio training to improve overall cardiovascular health. All necessary equipment will be provided. 

Who: Open exclusively to women of ALL FITNESS LEVELS - all exercises can be modified to meet individual fitness levels, so come AS YOU ARE and we will help you move your fitness forward!

Cost:  €59 per person for morning session, €49 per person for evening session
